Ive found out how to host dedicated servers on garrys mod but its staying in the lan section and not showing up on the internet. None of my freinds can find it and if they connect from me giving them my ip address, it says “server not responding”.Ive tried port fowarding and sv_lan 0 and it still wont work. Any ideas?

Unless u want to pay I believe it was $20 a month then I don’t think there is a good way.
There’s always hosting your own server but that will only be bad for your Internet and the server even though it’s free.
