I have a server dedicated to hosting and has 1tb of free space. I would like to offer that space for clients wishing to use it either for their own website or online space. How can i offer this?

If your server has the ability to host an iDrive, then you need only create the user login and send the install script to your client. They can then map the drive like any other network drive.
You can also create ftp accounts and create unique accounts for your users, making sure the permission settings don’t allow others to see the contents.
