How can I force a CoD4 Server to close?

My students are running a Call of Duty 4 server in my computer lab class, and rather than tell them (which doesn’t work) to close it, or unplugging their computers, can I run commands to the IP hosting the CoD4 server to force it to quit? It’s NOT a dedicated server, and the network is remote shutdown foolproofed.

Ideas?

    Get your IT to set up firewalls on the machines to block this.

    disable the service for the game
    block the port
    fail the student
